Getting ready for a Country Market

Sorry I've been absent lately, I have been busy getting all the things done that needed to get done before the cold weather hits, and I think we got it done just in time! It is getting colder out and the rain has been ongoing for more than a few days. To be exact, as soon as we got our outdoor furniture, it got cold and that was that!! I still haven't posted pictures yet, but now I'm waiting for nicer weather, I can't win!

One exciting thing has happened, I've been asked to participate in a local market,  "A Day in the Country" will be in Randolph, Ohio Oct. 18th & 19th. It will be held at the Randolph fairgrounds and I will be sharing a booth with Alter'd Relics out of Barberton, OH. We will have vintage and antique home decor items, including furniture and accessories. I'm sure there will be some of Alter'd Relics beautiful jewelry that are hand made by local artisans, along with other hand made goodies! I will have furniture and vintage home decor to bring as well. It's going to be fun as well as bring recognition to our goods. If your in the area, stop in and check it out!

Here is a sampling of our wares:

And these next pieces of incredible jewelry is made using the leather from ballet slippers! You have to see it to appreciate the creativity that went into these pieces! What talented Artisans they have at Alter'd Relics Design Studio. Visit and "Like" their Facebook page!

I do hope the weather is a little dryer for everyone so they can enjoy a lovely Fall day at the market.......

And if the rain stops I will post pictures of our new back yard living space:)

    1. Where do you live Kim? I would absolutely love to visit with you! Isn't that jewelry amazing? It looks so much better in person too, her art is beautiful on them, and she picks the perfect embellishments. It is so interesting to see what people can repurpose, who would have thought of ballet slippers?! Crazy creativity!
