My Christmas home 2013

Better late than never right? I have been so busy with holiday stuff I didn't get time to post pictures of my Christmas home. I debated whether I should post or not because most of my decorations are the same, although I change them up every year. But, I decided why not, I love it's warm glow in the evening when we sit by the light of the Christmas tree.

So, even though I'm a little late, here is a peek at our home all decorated for Christmas:)

Welcome to my Christmas home tour!

The tree has all of it's packages sitting under it waiting to be opened!

My beautiful Christmas picture sits above the mantle

Love the warm glow of white candles

Christmas stockings I made from Matte Lasse"

I added a little bling to mine!

The top of the entertainment unit holds all of my Belsnickels and a garland of long needle pine and pinecones

I try to find one Belsnickel a year to add to my collection

Love how our big rusty "R" looks!

The dining area with garland and lights on top of the large cupboard

The candle holders are actually lamps that I found at the flea market, I took the cords off and stuck candles in where the light bulb is suppose to go. They make beautiful candle holders!

I framed a couple of vintage looking greeting cards and set them on the china cupboard along with candles and greenery

Pinecone candles add glow to a vintage Christmas tree that belonged to my mother-in-law, I sit it under a cloche to keep it safe from curious fingers:)

My pathetic little tree sits in my sunroom/reading room

Beautiful vintage Manger scene that belonged to my mother-in-law sits on the buffet in the foyer

Even the pantry gets a tree!

I just made these stars for it, out of cardboard stars that you get at Hobby Lobby, I painted them with metallic paint and sprinkled glass glitter on them to add some sparkle

I also bought these cardboard letters from Hobby Lobby and painted them a metallic bronze to add something to the hallway, along with my 3 foot Santa

Battery operated candles belong in this corner cupboard along with a Santa and some greenery and pinecones

A vintage church that was my mother-in-laws sits in the guest bedroom along with an ironstone pitcher filled with berries

Guest bathroom has a tree:)

My favorite tree of all goes in the Master bedroom

I love the ornaments on this tree

Last year I bought the glittery bird and birds nest that you see here, along with some mercury glass ornaments. I also added a very old piece of tinsel garland to this tree, it's so old but it looks so awesome! You can see it glittering gold in the pictures!

And the family tree goes in my husbands office. All the ornaments that my children have made me over the years go on this tree, and under it sits my beautiful Currier & Ives village. The red wreath hanging in the window is another vintage find

So quaint, I love this

And I can't forget the master bath, although there isn't many places to set stuff in here I did find a spot for a tiny tree and my Glory sign!

I hope you enjoyed looking at my Christmas house!

I wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Very Happy and Healthy New Year!
